Apple Watch Series 4 A1978 power button repair/replace attempt

    My friend Apple Watch Series 4 have boot loop problem. It turn out that power button shorted or something wrong with it. After disconnect power button cable (that come with Mic...), the watch turn on normally.

I can not found or not have enough time to order replacement part, so I let the watch work without power button (and Mic too).

The attempt on repair this minuscule button is for diagnostic only, since it is hard to find replacement part (recently I fond some but not all can by ordered). Since I need this power button to do hard reset (this require both Crown button and power home button press together as I remember).

Will update result soon. For now after disassembly and put it back, it seem problem is in battery or power button. I need more testing.

My watch started to glitch out weeks before that happened. It would act as the power button was long pressed, giving me the option to turn it off and what not. When I press the crown, it would take a screenshot. However last week the watch ran out of battery and turned off, since then I cannot turn it on, every time I do so, it would land on the Erase all content and settings option and when I tap cancel, it would repeat the whole thing. The watch acts as the power button being pressed all the time. I couldn't find any solution online or from any repair shop here. The button's mechanical function doesn't seem to be faulty, I didn't drop the watch or expose it to water. I couldn't find a replacement side button online as well.
