Notes on CRT TV repair 21-Jan-2021

Time fly. I want to try repair some device that require careful when working with high voltage, I'm not sure which is max voltage in CRT but it high enough to need very carefully work compared to laptop or normal electrical device (110/220V). The first thing I am aware that I have to make a series light bulb but not sure which rating (100W or 200W) is required, so I let it sit on the top floor corner. Since I have many more thing to do (I am a software engineer and do part time study phone + laptop repair), this kind of stuff seem less worthy of investing time into. Now I have some spare time and do research and it popped out: "150 to 200 W bulb for large color or projection TVs." So I think I have some of this light bulb around.
